The upstairs unit is a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed.
If you need additional sleeping space, there is room for air mattresses/sleeping bags/cots, but you will need to bring those things with you. Grill and outside eating area available. Full-sized stove and refrigerator. Cooking utensils provided.

The downstairs unit is a 2 bedroom/2bathroom. The smaller of the two bedrooms features a queen-size bed. The larger bedroom features 2 full-size beds. Living room has room for air mattresses/sleeping bags. Also an extra room has a daybed with trundle to sleep 2. Air mattresses/ sleeping bags/cots not provided. Large deck area with seating. Grill and outside eating area available. Full-sized stove and refrigerator. Cooking utensils provided.

Parking/Boat Parking
There is no extra charge for boats or cars, but please note that there is only room for one boat and two cars per family and plan accordingly. If you have small watercraft (like a Jet Ski or a kayak) in addition to a boat, there is room to tie them up so please feel free to bring them.

Deposits/Reservations
Deposits are $350, which includes a $100 damage deposit that is refundable at the end of your stay. Deposit required upon reservation. Balance due at or prior to check-in/arrival.
